Chris Running, CEO
Chris has 20+ years of CEO experience in both consumer products and professional services companies. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Chris held senior-level finance positions with Sony Corporation and Container Corporation of America (division of Mobil Corporation).
In 1999 Chris founded Wirestone; one of the largest interactive marketing and technology services consultancies in the U.S. Wirestone was created through the consolidation of eleven companies Chris acquired, re-branded, and integrated into a national organization. Wirestone provides creative design, web development, application development, content management and marketing strategy services to client companies, including H-P, Microsoft, Tivo, Sony, Agilent, AT&T, Motorola, Apple, E*Trade, Bally Gaming, ConAgra. eBay, and Jim Beam.
Most recently, Chris was Co-Founder, President & CEO of Cytosport Beverage Company, manufacturers of functional beverages, such as: Muscle Milk and Cytomax Performance Drinks.
Mr. Running holds a B.A. in Finance from San Francisco State University. He and his family reside in Alamo, CA.
Jane Sanchez, CFO and COO
Jane has more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations in the Silicon Valley. She was a founder and VP of Administration and Finance at Applied Signal Technology in Sunnyvale, CA. After spending seven years in helping develop and grow Applied Signal, she spent the next seven years as the CEO of two small companies. Since 1998, Jane has worked as CFO for three different companies, Woodworks Furniture, KickFire Inc. and The American Musical Theatre of San Jose. Jane is a certified public accountant, and has a BS in Accounting from San Jose State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. She is the proud mother of three children and may very well be the original soccer mom.
Kirk Reynolds, Director of Public Relations
For the last 17 years, Kirk has thrived in the most demanding environments and has earned the reputation of being a creative thinker and solid strategist in the disciplines of communications, public relations and publicity. He has worked with super star personalities such as Magic Johnson, Steve Young, Jerry Rice, Jerome Bettis and Terrell Owens and dynamic leaders like Edward J. DeBartolo, Bill Walsh and Carmen Policy. Aside from developing strategic communications plans for highly successful organizations, Kirk has vast experience managing the needs of key business partnerships, including broadcasting networks Fox, CBS, ABC and ESPN - $3.5 billion partners with the NFL. He is a one-time recipient and four-time finalist for the prestigious Pete Rozelle Award, presented to the NFL's top PR staff. A native of Santa Barbara, CA, Kirk spent 11 years in the National Football League with the St. Louis Rams and San Francisco 49ers. Prior to the NFL, he served as assistant sports information director at UC Santa Barbara for six years. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Political Science.
Steve Paietta, Operations
Steve Paietta, Jr. comes to AthletiShare with a BA from Santa Clara University, where he majored in Political Science and was a football team ‘walk-on’ under the late Coach Pat Malley. Steve has 5 years of technical support experience at Stanford University, with 2 years managing the technical support team of Stanford’s public computer clusters and 2 ½ years supervising the 70 Resident Computer Coordinators who provided 24/7 computer support for the 10,000 residents of Stanford University. While at Stanford, Steve also taught introductory workshops to Stanford’s community on digital video editing and compression, web page design, and image manipulation.
John Burnham, CTO
John Burnham has over 35 years of experience in software development and with it comes a deep understanding of what it takes to bring a software product to market. After starting with Hewlett-Packard in 1975, John brought to market three major software products, two in manufacturing and one for software developers. In 1993 he joined Tandem Computer, Inc. where he managed the software development of two major in-house tools that are used today to facilitate code sharing across hundreds of developers and tools to release software from development to customers maintaining proper configurations for hundreds of
dependent products. John graduated from the University of California at Berkeley (BA, Education).
Ron Lynn, VP of Sales
Ron Lynn, an advisor for AthletiShare, Inc., is a 39-year coaching veteran with 22 years of experience in professional football (20 years in the NFL – San Diego Chargers, Cincinnati Bengals, Washington Redskins, New England Patriots, Oakland Raiders, and San Francisco 49ers) and 17 years of college coaching, including stints in Division III (Mount Union College), Mid-major Division I (University of Toledo, Kent State University, San Jose State University, and University of Pacific), and Division I football (University of California). In addition, Ron has also coached baseball and tennis and has taught academic classes in Kinesiology, Physiology of Exercise, and Senior Research at the college level. Ron was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio and played football and baseball at Mount Union College, where he graduated with a BS in Chemistry. He later earned a Masters in Education from the University of Toledo.

Job Responsibilities: Implement a web2.0 social network web system (currently written using Ruby on Rails). Much of the code is in place, and is high quality. See http://www.joqtoq.com. But it needs some initial maintenance, further integration with existing systems and new features. You will need the ability to create API’s for our first product DASubscribe/DAPublish to share information from our fun JoqToq.com student web site with our national video database (athletishare.com), and much more.

Qualifications and skills:
- 5 years experience in web application development.
- Expert familiarity with Java, J2EE, Hibernate, MYSQL and GWT.
- Experience with Ruby is a great plus but the ability to learn Ruby on Rails quickly is required.

- Initiative and leadership skills are essential.
