Free for high schools and junior colleges.
Uploading football games using DAPublish is free for high schools and junior colleges. A digital video file and an internet connection are all that are required. Every game that is uploaded to our web site will be stored in our secure database for two years. The system was created with busy coaches in mind so we’ve made it easy, efficient, and reliable.

Better communication with parents.
Parents want to know how you are helping promote their children. We know how difficult this is, especially when you’re not even sure if the college you have sent tapes to have actually received or reviewed them. That’s why we’ve implemented a reporting feature within DAPublish. Log in, click on the Published Content tab, and you’ll immediately be able to see who has downloaded your video, how many times, and what conference they belong to.

Rest assured that your videos actually get there.
Within your DAPublish account, you can access your My Games page, which lists all games that were successfully uploaded with a date and time. Never again wonder if your game will get to where it needs to be. If, for some reason, an upload failed, you can restart it right from where you left off. Also see the “better communication with parents” feature for additional reporting capabilities.

Expose your players.
By using DAPublish to distribute your game videos, your players are exposed to colleges of all levels across the nation. Subscribing colleges are encouraging high schools and junior colleges to upload their rosters with complete information so they can easily identify any player that stands out. Keep in mind that each field of player information you fill out is a “searchable” criteria for the colleges.

Secure.
We use industry standard security best-practices for protecting your information and ensuring that only authorized users have access to it. Your personal information will never be released and your player data and games will be available only to subscribing colleges and your conference member schools if you have subscribed to Game Exchange.

National database makes filling out forms even easier.
In order to make signing up easier, we use a national database of high schools and junior colleges. When you sign up for your free account, click the “click here to find your school” button, and a pop-up search window will help you locate your school. Click on the match in the database and most of the required contact information will be filled out automatically. Follow the same procedure when you are entering your opponent’s information and our database will automatically fill it in for you. If for some reason you can’t find your school, please call us at 1-877-WE-LEVEL (1-877-935-3835).

We never stop.
If you have an internet disruption during an upload, don’t worry about having to start all over. Our proprietary Upload Manager will send a signal to your computer automatically until the connection is restored—continuing right where it left off. Or if you need to restart computer, our system will save the data that was sent, and you can continue the upload yourself from the My Games page of your account.

AthletiShare’s web site offers comprehensive tutorials and interactive Flash demonstrations that walk users through each of step the process.
